How we handle your details.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us through the site assessment form or by email or phone: your name, company, phone number, email address, the application, details about your fans (number, diameter, motor power) and your message. The savings calculator and the fan configurator run in your browser; nothing you enter there is sent to us unless you carry it into the form.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and arrange a site assessment.
- To prepare and follow up a proposal for your towers.
We use your details for these steps before a possible contract, and in our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Türkiye: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Article 5; UK and EU: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Our engineering and sales team. Form requests are delivered to us by our website host, who processes them on our behalf and may store them outside Türkiye. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the 3D library from cdnjs (Cloudflare); these providers receive your IP address when the page loads. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a contract, in which case we keep the records the law requires for that contract.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Write to info@gtkarbonfan.com. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
